We also launder staff uniforms, there are free meals for those working an eight hour or longer shift and five weeks’ paid holiday per year.

Held annually, the Glenburnie Awards with their gala dinner and presentations, recognise the wonderful and amazing staff working across our homes who go above and beyond. The awards recognise everyone’s equally important contribution including administrators, nurses and carers, family liaison officers, maintenance assistants, catering assistants, activities coordinators and everyone who has a positive impact on the lives of people supported in our homes. It is just one of the ways we try to give something back to the amazing people who give so much every day.
